Incident Location: 12 Deer Lane
On Sunday, August 11th, 2024, the Jericho Fire Department along with mutual aid companies operated on the scene of a signal ten [working fire] on Deer Lane off Knoll Lane. Firefighters put one hand line into operation off Jericho Engine 942 for a dryer fire with minor extension in the basement of a two-story, split-level style private dwelling. All occupants made it safely out of the residence and there were no reported injuries. The cause of the fire is under investigation and all fire department units were under the command of Jericho Assistant Chief Ketsoglou. (Text Credit K2M)
