The upper level of a two story parking garage collapsed into the lower level at Wilson Memorial Hospital in Johnson City NY at 3:15 PM today. No deaths were reported, although search dogs were brought in to check the wreckage. About twenty cars were affected by the collapse. A state of emergency was declared in Johnson City, closing several streets near the collapse zone. The parking lot was used for Emergency Room Parking, and also overflow parking for the hospital's outpatient facilities.
