What's with the command car responding with its tailgate open?  With that open you have a huge risk of drawing carbon monoxide into the vehicle.

What a waste of resources that project was!  If she had taken off her high heeled shoes she could've walked out on her own without any assistance!  Instead, 3 or 4 pieces of apparatus and 20 men are required?  I hope they bill her for being dumb enough to drive into the water to start with.
