Incident Location: 54 Hodson Avenue
On the night of Monday, November 11th, 2024, the Lynbrook Fire Department along with mutual aid companies operated on the scene of a signal ten [working fire] on Hodson Avenue off Hendrickson Avenue. Firefighters stretched two hand lines and put one hand line into operation for a fire in the basement of a 1.5-story private dwelling. The fire was quickly extinguished and its cause is under investigation. All occupants made it safely out of the home and there were no reported injuries. Lynbrook Chief of Department Scott Bien [429] had command of the incident (Text Credit K2M).
