The fires in a large warehouse that used to store raw rubber products!  It has been raging for over 3 hours at this time.

Obviously there are multiple agencies from was in the area on the scene including equipment from the refineries in the area.  They are pumping directly from the river through 12 inch lines to provide large caliber master streams.  At this time a firewall is holding in the middle of the building, 5600 tons of rubber is presently burning.  A large area is under shelter in place orders (including downtown Savannah) and there are voluntary evacuations closer to the scene.
