L7- Request a chief for an elevator car stuck in a blind shaft with 3 people trapped. The chief can determine if any other units will be needed 17:13
B6- Start out EMS, an engine, and Rescue 1 for now 17:15
B6- the car is stuck between the 2nd and 3rd floors L7 E16 R1 and the elevator mechanic are looking for a solution without breaking through the wall 17:23

B6- using 1&2 and Rescue working from one elevator car to another to remove occupants we will be here for awhile longer 17:36,
B6- The Rescue Elevator Car is alongside the stuck car and a member is in the other car we will be in the process of removing everyone and will be on scene for another 20-30 mins 18:01
