2 window washers stuck on the 69-floor on the South Side of One World Trade
-L10 10-84 people hanging from about the 50-floor 12:46
-MD to B1...you have the High-angle response 12:48

-B1 scaffolding on the South side of the building 12:53
-D1 10-12 as per injuries or if the workers are secured on the scaffolding 12:57
-B1 workers are secured. Units headed to roof and trying to determine what floor the scaffolding is on. We are also in contact with the individuals via Handi-Talkie 12:58

-D1 the scaffold that was hanging on the side of the building has been leveled and is operable. The building is going to use that scaffold to fix the window. We will keep a fire department presence here while that operation is going on. D1 and B4 will be 10-8 and please have a relief battalion come for B1 (B7). Have them come to West St just South of 1 WTC and they'll see the rig 16:36
