Manhattan Box 1038 West 74 street and the Hudson River Reported person in the water 12:35
-M1A it is a northbound tide and we have a 5 minute ETA 12:35,
-Manhattan Dispatcher now receiving reports of a submerged vessel unknown if anyone is in the water 12:38
-RB we had a similar incident there a few weeks ago check to see if it has been there for several weeks 12:40,
-B11 we believe it is the same boat as last time 10-20,
-B11 leave M1 on the box everyone else can take up NYPD is bringing it in to shore we believe it is the same vessel as last time we are 10-8 10-31,
