According to latest reports, everyone except one person has been located from this huge fire in Norwich, CT. There were 150 people living in the 12 building complex. The fire began around 1:30 AM when most people were asleep. Main problems were:
1. Volume of fire upon arrival.
2. 12 buildings with a common roof line.
3. Buildings were in a rectangular shape with a large courtyard in the middle. Since all of the buildings were attached, the fire departments had no access to the interior courtyard.
