Melville NY (Suffolk) Working Fire 12/2/22

In the early morning hours of Friday, December 2nd, 2022, the Melville Fire Department along with mutual aid companies operated on the scene of a working fire on Breton Avenue between Saxon and Danton Streets. Firefighters stretched at least three hand lines for fire on the first and second floors of an unoccupied two-story private dwelling. There were no injuries, and the cause of the fire is under investigation. Melville Chief of Department Schmitt [2-5-30] had command of the incident. Text courtesy K2M Photography.
