I've heard MCC3 on the Manhattan frequency for the past few weeks. I'm just wondering if anyone knows where they are or why they're there.

I heard them on the air before 9/11 this year and they just had a 10-40c2 and used E9 and L1. Could they have just be set-up downtown for the anniversary, stayed there, and will be moving soon for the General Assembly?

while in cads it is designated MC03, it's radio designation is the mobile operations center and it responds out of E207/L110's firehouse... It was used for the San Genaro Festival...

Ok thanks, I didn't realize that the MOC was MC03. But on the air they were referred to as "Mobile Command Center 3". Thanks again for the info.
