Multiple alarm fire Lockport New York/Niagara County

If continues to rage in downtown Lockport at a manufacturing plant this evening. The main business and burning is a tire shredding company. Parts of downtown Lockport have been evacuated and all fire companies in the County have been put on standby with many of them already at the scene.
