The Newport News and Hampton FDs responded to a tractor trailer rollover on I-664. The truck had rolled over and fallen off a culvert into a ditch and was laying on its side. Newport News' Technical Rescue and HazMat teams were on hand for this extensive operation. One patient was transported in critical condition.

The truck went off the road in Newport News and landed in Hampton. Further complicating the situation, the truck created a hazmat concern.
