we didn't get as much snow as predicted however what we did get was wet and very heavy.
use caution with buildings with flat roofs residential and commercial..collapse potential.

Same here in Southeastern Ct, about 100 miles from NYC. But as you say, very heavy stuff though.

Somebody called this: "A 2017 Nor'misser".

A great deal of the snow has been iced over, making it extremely difficult to deal with.  It took me over 3 hours to chop thru 3 inches of ice to feet long on my sidewalk.  My neighbors had to use a steal spade shovel to chop thru the ice covered snow around there car - it was has hard as a rock - really incredible!

A lot of ice on trees and on top of the wet snow here in Northern Delaware. We had over 100K customers out of power around Wilmington alone. (I work for the power company)

Tree limbs took a bearing. More than a few road closures.

Typical Nor'easter...
