E10 on scene, reporting smoke showing and located behind building. E10 gaining access through a locked gate.

0255: Ladder 10 assuming Ballantine Command. E11 working on water supply, will be an extended supply lay.

0256: Declaring working incident, large trash pile inside building on fire.

0257: Battalion 1 has command, correct address is 3100 block Ballantine Blvd. Engine 10 laying a line, multiple lines will be needed. Contents in building is burning, has not extended to building.

0301: Engine 10 has water on fire. Extended water supply will be required, closest hydrant Ballantine & Virginia Beach Blvd. Engine 1 assisting with a relay pump operation.

0302: Ladder 1 set up and ready for master stream ops if needed.

0304: Engine 10 reporting a trench inside the building, behind the fire.

0306: Engine 1 and 11 coordinating for water supply relay

0307: Unable to contact a key holder.

0308: Engine 10 reporting out of water, keeping check on roof via TIC.

0310: Water supply established.

0311: Battalion 3 on scene, assuming safety officer.

0312: Engine 1 charging water supply, command assigning Engine 2 to pull a 2.5"

0315: progress report - large 20x20 trash tile approx six foot on fire with no building extension. Command requesting LUF60 for ventilation.

0316: Engine 2 released back into service.

0318: Engine 1 reporting water supply established, working on getting Engine 10 supply.

0322: PAR report completed, all personal accounted for.

0324: Interior reporting cold smoke and no heat, but still charged with smoke.

0328: Engine 1 reporting water supply to Engine 10, stretching a 2.5" to interior.

0330: Interior reporting can keep fire in check with 1.75", 2.5" charged and on standby.

0333: SCBA refill set up, units adjusting pump pressures.

0338: Interior progress report, no change in conditions or fire spread.

0339: Command reporting fire under control.

0340: Ladder 1 has been released and will be back in service.

0348: Ladder 10 and Rescue 2 creating access for LUF60.

0353: Safety reporting improved interior smoke conditions.

0356: LUF60 on scene, will be setting up ventilation ops on the bravo side.
