I would like to THANK "jbendick" and "Atlas" for arranging this ZOOM Meeting, featuring Retired NYPD member Steven Mancini.
Steve's stories and talking about his career was amazing to listen too.
He was the perfect choice for the NYC ARSON EXPLOSION TASK FORCE, as he was a fire buff, as well as a volunteer firefighter.
From his days as a police officer patrolling the toughest streets in the Bronx, working the Anti Crime Unit throughout the Boro's of NYC, rising up in the ranks, as well as the huge amount of training he was involved in throughout his career, often taking him to other more distant states for a week at a time.
I would also like to thank Retired FDNY Dispatcher # 56, Gary G., for the huge part he played in playing audio recordings from those serious events, and showing us pictures and videos of major incidents that were investigated by Steven Mancini.
And a Big Shout Out to the "Senior Man" in attendance.
"Lt Q", remembered the Box Number of one of those major events that Steve talked about from many years back.
It was Manhattan Box 0407 on the lower East Side.
THANKS AGAIN GUYS and TAKE CARE.
