Nypd has placed the new intergraph icad system online today.
Have to see what bugs show up

Word is fdny will go to this system sometime down the road

The plan as I know it (subject to change without notice) is that Intergraph CAD will be installed in PSAC 2, scheduled for completion in 2015.

tonight was first night i was work with it. seems to be a lot slower than the old system dispatchers seemed frustrated with it, even going over the air venting their frustration. im sure it will just take some time getting used to as with all new things.
