According to TF1 website, 300 firefighters on scene, 50 ambulances, 20 ALS ambulances, 8 helicopters, Paris Fire Dept. assigned as mutual aid w/ heavy rescue tools.
Police department was called due to crowd, stone throw to the rescue members, two civilians in custody for the cellphone theft of paramedics.

I'm from France. Your information is right. "Red alert" has been implemented to organize the rescue operation. It means all the rescue services can be put to work (firefighters (fire + EMS), SAMU (ALS with doctors), Red Cross & others...) and also "White alert" implemented in hospitals to delay scheduled surgeries, call medical staff back, clear beds in ER & other services.
Currently, 190 people treated, 6 dead, 8 criticals, 30 really injured, many in shock
About thefts... some young people were arrested for robering SAMU's cellphones and trying to do so on corpses, then stone throwing against police... this is also France...
