1300hrs- Propane truck making delivery struck a building and broke off valve. Driver rpts just under 18,000 gallons remaining.

Additional caller rpts driver ran away.

Driver now rpts a gas cloud so thick he can no longer see the truck.

Gas has exploded. Multiple structures involved.
