Radio interference

Is anyone else hearing an almost constant "dead carrier" on the new Brooklyn frequency (482.01875)?  It's low level but noticeable (S-4 or 5) in west Brooklyn.  Too bad I don't have DF capabilities.

My scanner was hanging up on that channel & for a while I thought the FAD's were accidently leaving the mixer on, but it's not them. 

Programming the scanner to look for the PL (69.3) ended the hangup.

I noticed that today also while driving in on the LIE. I was in Suffolk County, roughly Brentwood.

It's been fairly noticeable for me in Queens the past few days.  Good to know it's not just me.
