regulations for colors of helmets, shields and trucks

I'm looking for an official document which tells what colors are used in what way for helmets, shields and trucks. Does anyone know where to find it?

Helmets: Black-Company officers and firefighters, White -Chief officers and chaplains, Red -fire patrol, Yellow- auxilaries. Front peices: Black -Engine companies and Chiefs aides, Red -Ladder companies, Blue -Rescue and HazMat, Yellow- Squad companies, Green -Marine companies, Orange -Probationary firefighters.Operational Referance guide 7ed.
