Rescue-1 boat

Ive seen pictures of Rescue-1 with a boat on top, how much does it weigh? and how do they get it down when they need it?

Not sure of the weight, but it's like one of those boats in a case. I think all the rescues have them, 1 just keeps it on top of the rig.
With the new rig they have I don't think they are keeping up there anymore. I know it didn't fit into the firehouse, they did deflat it some, but I think it is off all together now.

On the old rig and the new rigs they had rollers. One member would unlatch it and then the would drive and the boat just popped off.

Rescue 1 didn't have the boat on the rig the other day when I saw them. I guess they had to go back to storing in inside a compartment and blow it up when needed.

When i was at the intrepid in july rescue-1 had thier boat on the roof but in was deflated all the way.
