Can any one tell me where rescue 3 new station is at and what subway train could i take there the 4 or 5 train?

Long walk up hill with the 4 train,D train is a lot shorter of a walk, also metro north to tremont .

That's what I was thinking Metro North (Harlem Line) to Tremont then take a Gypsy cab down Washington Ave. You just have to check the service, not all Central Bronx local service trains stop at Tremont
