I remember when Burger came to 75 . We were in an adjoing group. He knew what was expected of him and did it without being told. As he was close to coming off probation, I told him that the true John would come out and he would be like a cowboy on a Saturday " here I come "WAHOO". The nickname didn't stick but he used it on some football pools.
I was close to being promoted, being the delegate I turned the job over to Burger. Well I didn't make it before the Union Seminar. My wife had driven me to work 1 night. As we pulled up to quarters the engine was backing into quarters. Burger comes running over to the car " Yelling I won a trip at the seminar" Of course by wife was pissed. May you Rest in Peace brother. God has gained a special angel.
