Retirement of DAC Leeb

I have read in recent orders that (Deputy Asst Chief of Safety Command) DAC Frank Leeb has retired. I will remove Chief Leeb from my car list.

Frank Leeb is a good man. His involvement in the fire service throughout the U.S. has made it very clear that FDNY is still at the top of it game on a national level in terms outreach for new ideas nationwide. Enjoy your retirement Chief. Captain Bob Rainey FDNY Engine 26 retired.
