Scanner repairs?

Now that Radio Shack has essentially disappeared, anyone have a lead on where scanner repairs can be obtained?

Have a virtually new PRO-160 that crapped out.  What a shame.  Don't want to toss it if I can avoid it.

I don't know if it's true or not, but I heard that the Radio Shack at 23rd Street and Seventh Avenue in Manhattan is going to remain open. You might be able to get more information if you give them a call (212.924.3054).  If you need to get there, the Seventh Avenue IRT local station is right outside their door.

The PRO-160 was manufactured by Uniden for Radio Shack. You should be able to get a lead from them for service.

The PRO-106 was manufactured by GRE for Radio Shack which was bought out by Whistler.  I believe they have a Facebook page that may be helpful or you could check their website.
