Does anyone know if FDNY has looked into and or at the Ferrara Inundator Super Pumper, I think E-One also makes one called the Liquidator.  I know they have the Satellites but they also have the super pumper and satellites back in the day.

Almost all of the fire equipment manufacturers make a pumper with a 5000 GPM or larger pump.  They are primarily designed for industrial fire departments such as those refineries etc.  If FDNY had any interest in one they could've been looking for one for quite a while from one of these manufacturers.  They have evolved to the point where they really don't have a need for a "Super Pumper" anymore, besides almost every engine company in the city is now 2000 GPM.
