Units dispatched @13:32 to 32 Poland Street for a working residential structure fire. During the response of 149-E1 they were advised to grab the hydrant at Kassack Street and Sidney Street to assist 379-E1 with a supply line. 149-E1 arrived on scene and were put to work. LCCC911 advised to dispatch next due RIT with 149-E1 being reassigned. 137-E3 responded in as the RIT company. Crews found smoke showing from Division 1. Entering crews found heavier smoke and discovered a basement fire. The fire was quickly knocked down and no extension was evident. 2 L/S/O. 1 Firefighter was injured during the incident and was transported to the hospital for a minor hand injury.
