Years ago, I had the opportunity to meet Margaret Thatcher (1925-2013) at a fund raising dinner for The American Air Museum in Britain. She was an amazing person having what I would describe as feminine command presence. Even my wife was impressed. No wonder that she became the Prime Minister of Great Britain.
In her speech to the group, she noted that the bad actors in the world respected only one thing; the manifestation of power. So, these people had to be constantly reminded that if they started something, WE would finish it!
I think this lady is trying to explain that principle to the school board.
