0936: Interior reporting fire under control. Ladder 7 reporting primary search clear.
0940: Engine 16 and 20 on scene, staging.
0941: Ladder 7 set for ventilation.
0943: Command declaring fire out.
0944: EMS reporting one smoke inhalation patient refusing transport. Ambulance 1623P cleared.
0948: Engine 10 reporting secondary search clear, with a dog inside a kennel on the second floor. Requesting maintenance for key access. Dog is not in any distress and is safe.
0953: Move up - Engine 22 to Station 4, missed the second move up.
1000: Command requesting an additional ambulance for a second patient on scene.
