About 3:00PM today Mt,oliver station 199 was dispatched for a reported basment fire on penn,ave.199 chief arrived on scene and reported heavy smoke comeing from all windows.Station 199 crews assisted by Brentwood-116,Baldwin-105,Pleasanthills-232 and Castle shannon-119 had the fire under control in about an hour no one was injured in the fire but the family dog was saved by 116-lt3,116-lt2(my self) and 116 ff 124 and was treated for smoke inhalation dog is doing fine
