I wonder if this will supercede OSHA or other Uniformed Service Regs ?.....just another chapter in the "Fun City " clown show....the only circus that does not go South for the Winter.

Let's see now. Will the City have to purchase over sized helmets for these hairdos and I'm wondering just how much trouble it will be to get a face piece on? The answer will be "of course" we will purchase new equipment so that we will not be accused of follicle bias.

OSHA or some other regulatory agency needs to step in and supersede this mess.  Maybe start fining the city for every day they are not in compliance just like they did with or lack of bunker gear.
