1055hrs- Caller rpts smoke from an apartment. Additional calls for fire from the back of the building. FAST team added.

1059hrs- Caller rpts possible entrapment 2nd floor

1100hrs- L-74 on location with smoke showing 2nd floor. B-2 transmitting 10-30 All Hands.

1110hrs- B-2 rpts 3-story ordinary OMD fire on 2nd floor with extension to the 3rd. (3) L/S.

1111hrs- B-2 transmitting 2nd Alarm
2nd Alarm: E-307, 303, L-71

1115hrs- Safety req. TL-71 to get as close as they can, E-303 to grab a hydrant near Lawton St.

1126hrs- Car 3 is Command, B-2 Operations, B-1 Safety. CMD rpts fire 2nd and 3rd floors and into cockloft. (4) L/S. Fire 2nd and 3rd floors is K/D.

1140hrs- CMD rpts all visible fire is extinguished. YPD METU responding.

1159hrs- CMD rpts still have some fire in cockloft.

1215hrs- Fire U/C.
