Box location is 31 Avenue and College Point Blvd - about a mile and a half from the actual fire building. Don't know what happened
there

L154 was assigned on the original alarm along with L129. L136 was the FAST Truck and TL144 was assigned as a fourth Truck after they showed up 10-84.  TL144 made their way there after being involved in a Minor MVA at the Whitestone Causeway and 10th Rd earlier

I don?t think L130 was there - It would explain why E297 was all alone on the box for a protracted period of time

If my memory is correct (pardon the pun) that should have been box 6202. That sewage disposal plant was once known, or still is, Tallman Island Sewage Disposal Facility. It is located just to the east of Tallman Island park, if that's still there.

An unknown unit advised Queens to run CIDS for Tallman Island but not having heard the initial dispatch I was wondering why the box was transmitted 2 miles away from the actual job. Was 130 relocated for the other all hands and did 297 just know that there was no sewage treatment plant at 31st and College Point and went to the only one in their first due area? A strange one indeed.
