1500 - Bn. 7 - Transmit the 10-75.
H&L-5 FAST
1504 - Bn. 7 - All Hands - Fire in the kitchen and in the duct work. One line stretched, not in operation. Primaries are negative in the kitchen and on the fire floor. Trucks opening up the duct work.
1508 - Bn. 7 - Water on the fire.
1513 - Bn. 7 - Requesting an extra Engine and Truck.
1513 - Manhattan - Battalion 7, you'll need to transmit the next higher alarm for that request.
1519 - Div. 1 - 1 L/S/O. Stretching a second precautionary line. DWH
1522 - Div. 1 - Notify the Department of Health for a food establishment; The Crane Club.
1531 - Div. 1 - 2 L/S/O. One on the 1st floor, one on the roof going down the shaft. Notify the gas utility that we had to shut down the gas.
1533 - Div. 1 - AVFKD. Requesting 2 additional Trucks (TL-35, TL-9). We're still chasing smoke and heat in the ductwork. DWH
1540 - Div. 1 - Primaries are complete and negative on the fire floor, floor above, and in the cellar. Secondaries are in progress.
1550 - Div. 1 - Can you assign a new FAST Truck (L-8).
1558 - Div. 1 - We have some kind of blockage in the duct. Smoke is coming back up. Trying to locate the blockage. Still DWH.
1619 - Div. 1 - 2 L/S/O. Trucks still opening up. DWH - Duration 1 hour 46 minutes.
1636 - Div. 1 - Secondaries are negative throughout. PWH - Duration 2 hours 3 minutes.
1646 - Div. 1 - Makwe this a 10-41 code 1. Under Control - Duration 2 hours 13 minutes.
