L47 may well have been assigned - didn't hear them mentioned on air - not all units are necessarily identified on air all the time -  that is why I listed Assignment included XYZ - hope that helps

The normal assignment for the Throggs Neck Bridge is Engines 320, 72, Ladders 50 and 167, with the 20. 47 is the second due truck from the Bronx side, followed by I think 61.

I'd say 3rd would be either 61 or 54

L-144 we just passed the accident it's South Bound just before the 1st construction site. We will have to turn around.
E-72 continue in

L-50 continue in and remain at toll plaza to control emergency traffic which must respond Queens bound in the Bronx bound lane.

L-47 E-89 take a mark and remain in service (they did not make it to the job)
