BC54: owner turned power back on starting a small fire - going to have the third Engine 317 continue in on a 10-20 - return all other units -have Con Ed respond to turn the power off permanently (Note 317 became available just after the 10-75 was transmitted and was actually the fifth Engine assigned but was going to get in before E326 and E251)
