Fire in a one-story taxpayer, occupancy is a paper goods store with numerous boxes of paper.  Fire building is on the northwest corner of Greenwich Avenue and West 10 Street; exposures one and four are streets.  There was an early radio transmission of "a club located in the basement."

Additional Fast Truck was requested when original Fast Truck went to work on a "Mayday"; member was treated by EMS shortly after;  2 "mixer off" messages.

4 lines stretched and in operation; two lines in the fire building, one from the roof of exposure 3A (I'm uncertain of position of fourth line).

6:05 AM  Under Control; duration is 49 minutes.

Sorry I don't have full details.
