Fire, confined space rescue, and explosion in a 150x150 dry dock in a shipyard.

1538 - Bn. 22 - Transmit the 10-75. We have heavy smoke from a confined space and reports of a worker trapped.

TL-79 FAST

1539 - Div. 8 - Assign Tac 2 and a Haz-Mat response.

1545 - Bn. 22 - All Hands - Fire in the basement of a metal structure in the rear by the dry docks. 1 L/S/O. We have 1 victim trapped in a confined space.

1551 - Div. 8 - Two additional Trucks (L-78, TL-85).

1554 - Div. 8 - Can we get a water rescue FAST truck at this box (E-156).

1556 - Div. 8 - Can we get an additional Squad (S-288).

1603 - Div. 8 - We have a worker trapped in a dry dock. There is no active fire. Members from Squad 8 are using torches to access the area and members from Rescue 5 are waiting to relieve them. We do not have eyes on the missing construction worker. Duration 35 minutes.

1607 - Div. 8 - Engine 165 is monitoring the air, we are constantly swapping out members, and all companies are tied off.

1608 - Div. 8 - We're having a difficult time getting units in. Transmit a 2nd Alarm.

1616 - Div. 8 - We have high levels of CO in the area. Units are on air, being constantly monitored, and continually relieved. Duration 48 minutes.

1618 - Div. 8 - Transmit a 10-60 and a 10-66. Major explosion.

1619 - Car 11 - Transmit a 10-66 and assign Squad 41.

1620 - Div. 8 - We had a major explosion. One 10-45 for a construction worker.

1626 - Div. 8 - We have 2 members removed and all members are accounted for. You can cancel the 10-66. We have heavy fire in the dry dock post explosion. We put the FAST Truck to work, assign an additional FAST Truck (L-81F) DWH

1702 - S-41 - We're 10-84 act Box 1130.

1703 - FC - AVFKD, all members are accounted for, continuing to monitor atmospheric conditions. DWH - Duration 1 hour 35 minutes.

MBD 1608 - Fire is operating on a barge that was under construction, reports of (2) workers trapped inside of a confined space with a fire condition. Fire is trying to make attempt and locate the patients, XR5 operating with Rescue 5 on there. Potential is Extremely High.

MBD 1610 - Have units advise over TAC 1

5U 1617 - Show me going to the Staten Island Job

MBD - Transmit a 10-66, Mayday situation, another explosion

XR1 - Put us on the Staten island Job

? (Over TAC?) - Send every unit up to the front with their stretchers. Everybody up to the front.

HT1 - Fire has resolved the 10-66, going to go 10-8

XR1 - Rescue 1 has been cancelled, do they still need us?
