206 to 306..that is some run for them.
Maybe it was a symbolic relocation gesture since Bloomberg's plans call for the elimination of both E206 & E306.

I think E320 gets in before E313 normally!

Regarding the possible closure of E306, I think the community will really be up in arms with no immediate fire coverage on Bell Blvd which is quite a busy commercial area - they also lost 152 Truck from that house in 1960 when L152 relocated to a new house Utopia Pkwy just south of the LIE with E299 from the Big House.

Just some facts to remember  this FH once had an ENG a LAD & a BN...in the early '60s the LAD which was 152 was moved so far west that they are not even the FAST unit here anymore....in 1984 the 53*BN was moved south to take some responses from BN*54  .....if 306 goes the House will be totally empty.....last August when 306 was relocated to another FH from the previous Fifth in Elmhurst there was a job at one of their 1st Due boxes in an apt house in Bay Terrace which went to a Sixth Alarm....a large # of the pull boxes in North Queens have been silently Out Of Service since the 9-16-10 tornadoes....just as in other areas of NYC b'bag just shits on the population....please call his 311 complaint number & let him hear what you think.
