  Unionport is slightly north of this spot. BTW, the U.S. Post Office calls this 10473 zip code area Cornell. I don't know why they named it that although there is a Cornell Avenue all the way at the tip of Clasons Point which should be the name of this area.
 
The silly Yahoo map calls it Unionport but it is really Castle Hill to the locals.  I had an aunt who lived at one time on Quimby Avenue and it was Castle Hill.
