Report of a fire in a 3 story OMD, 20x30.

D 6  Exterior operations.  2 TLs in operation

L 19 FAST

 
The rundown should be ..
Engines 68 , 92 , ? , 43(10-75)
Ladders 49(Gave 10-75) , 44 & 45 (FAST) & 19 (Extra FAST Truck)
Battalion 17 & 13 , Division 6
Rescue 3 , Squad 41
54 Truck relocating to 44 Truck

E-68 was not initially available, when they became available they went in as a 5th Eng.

4-2-SQ-41,R-3 on box due to calls

D-6, 1 TL in operation,2nd TL (TL-45) being set up,using 4th due Eng. as FAST unit.

L-19 responding as new FAST truck
 
The initial assignment was E-93, E-50, E-42, L-49, TL-44, B-17.  TL-45 was initially assigned FAST but then put to work as the second TL.

It seems like 44 has been doing it for the last 35 years.
