E65: Metro No. Fire Brigade reports no track fire, but there is a report of a person with a gun on lower level
B8: no units are to commit to the subway, all to report to the command post until we have add'l info
Metro North: there is an active incident on the lower level, units report to command post only
D3: we have a confirmed person with a weapon, with no fire, have the members remain 2/3 blocks away from the scene
B8: there is a person with a gun/not active shooter - the person is in custody - there is no fire
B8: person with the gun was on the train and pulled the emergency brake
B8: we're assisting with getting the train into the station, assessing possible injuries
