According to this image it says it was taken in November 1991, I found footage of it and it read that the fire broke out on August of that year. If anyone responded to that call or just remember reading about it. Please, feel free to let me know. I saw this image on Facebook. The firefighter on the pedestal is Joe Deserto. Credit goes to original photographer!
