The mayor of the city of Baltimore has proposed a budget that includes ending brownouts by closing three (more) companies:

Meanwhile, Baltimore Fire Chief James Clack proposed a plan to cut the department by 25% and extend members 'work week' by 14 hours (42 to 56). The move would reportedly boost net pay by 20%:

Instead of closing fire companies, libraries, center, etc. They should demolish the millions of abandoned homes, by doing that it creates some jobs, pumps some money into the economy, and with the all the extra space you can help commerce and residential asspects move in, removing the abandoned buildings might help reduce crime.

now this is what 70 pct of Baltimore looks like, this is what engine 14 sees when they pull out of the bay.
