1415hrs- Freight train Vs. tractor trailer at the crossing on Lake Drive near 68th St in the industrial complex. Multiple warehouses with heavy damage on Lake Drive near 64th St. Truck driver pinned in cab and multiple tank cars involved in fire.

1420hrs- E-51 rpts multiple tanker cars on fire, setting up an exposure line. Car 4 rpts (2) colors of smoke, req. readings as soon as possible.

1422hrs- 68 X Lake Dr. will be BCityFD Command Post, req. Baltimore County be notifed.

1423hrs- Co's checking exposures around area of the explosions and damaged warehouses. Location is industrial, near I-95.

1425hrs- E-51 rpts cannot get water on fire, being denied by Baltimore County. Baltimore County transmitting 2nd Alarm.

1427hrs- Co's locating hydrants and advising long stretches. 

1428hrs- Baltimore City Car 1 advising Baltimore County is IC, BCity will support. B-51 at BCoFD CMD Post with BCity B-1.

1429hrs- BCountyFD CMD rpts (1) fully-involved pressurized rail car. (1) injured firefighter.

1430hrs- Units advising smoke is banking down to Pulaski Highway with no visible effects on civilians in the area. Still awaiting ID of the contents. Units have 'white' flames showing from one car.

1433hrs- BCityFD HAz Mat Task Force staging at Eastern trucking. 

1438hrs- Co's req. PD for approx. 30-40 onlookers within 50-feet of the train. BCountyFD req. BCityFD foam Engine 35 from staging.

1447hrs- BCityFD CMD advsing all city units to withdraw to staging at Pulaski X 68th.

1450hrs- Driver has been removed, unk. condition. M/A crash truck from Martin Airport for foam.

1507hrs- Still have heavy fire conditions. Baltimore Police Aviation with a HazMat specialist conducting Air Recon. No exposure problems to warehouses ATT. I-95 remains open.
