11:12hrs. - Box 3483 struck for 5 Fairmount St. for a report of a building fire. Companies o/s reporting heavy smoke showing from the basement of a 3-story wood-frame OMD.

11:30hrs. - 2nd Alarm struck by District 8(Ops.) for heavy fire in the basement w/extension. 4 L/S/O's.

11:41hrs. - Division 2(C7-DC-Comm.) requesting all companies out of the building for an exterior attack. Evac. tones sounded.

11:59hrs. - 3rd Alarm struck by Division 2(C7-DC-Comm.) for heavy fire on all floors and through the roof.

12:07hrs. - 4th Alarm struck by Division 2(C7-DC-Comm.) for manpower. Companies using defensive ops.

12:36hrs. - District 8(Ops.) advising Fire Alarm to not go near the rear porches.

12:51hrs. - 5th Alarm struck by Division 2(C7-DC-Comm.). 3 Firefighters transported to the hospital for heat exhaustion.
