Brooklyn Prosecutor Gets Community Service For EMT Assault 2/13/13

Absolutely incredible. Just like the "misguided" moron who shot and killed P.O. Figowsky during a drug dealer robbery was convicted of only 2nd degree murder in which he receives 25 to life with a chance of parole. The get-away car driver in this case was found not guilty because "he didn't know what was going on." Great juries,eh? But, they would award a complaintant millions of dollars if you dented their fender. Ponderous, just ponderous!
