This is a Nascar Camping World (truck) team that has been around for several years. The current owner is Jim Rosenblum, he has a web site. Another site might be FDNY Racing. Several years ago Robby Gordon ran a Winston Cup/Sprint car with FDNY markings. One race was Watkins Glen which he won, I think. Hope this helps!!
