Time: 06:17hrs.
Area: Clay Arsenal
Location: 18 Capen St.
Frequency: Hartford Fireground(154.310) - Fire Incident Channel # 1
Weather Conditions: Warm and Clear
Description Of Incident: District 2 o/s transmitting a 10-3(Working Fire) in the rear of a 3-story brick OMD and requested the 4th Engine. District 2 reporting heavy fire on all 3 floors, rear porches. District 2 transmitting a 1-1-2(2nd Alarm) for heavy fire conditions. 5 L/S/O's w/Ladder Companies opening up. Fire on all floors, "B", "C", and "D" sides w/extension into the attic and roofline. All hands working. Originally multiple calls reporting a fire in the rear, with a victim trapped on the 3rd floor. All searches negative w/no injuries reported.
